David C. Fall

David C. Fall began practicing law in Florida in 2013. He primarily practices estate planning, elder law, special needs planning, probate, trust administration, and Medicaid planning. He has a diverse legal background and has represented a wide variety of clients in state, federal, and tax court. He loves being able to use his legal knowledge to help people and their families by creating and implementing estate plans and other legal protections that help secure a brighter future for the next generation. Most of his legal background is in transactional work and he is also involved with litigious issues, which provides a holistic perspective to every matter.

David graduated from Washburn School of Law in Topeka, Kansas in 2011. In 2012, he obtained his Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Alabama School of Law. In 2016, he obtained his Master of Laws in Estate Planning and Elder Law from Western New England School of Law.

When not practicing law or expanding on his knowledge of the law, David spends time with his family. He’s also an avid reader and enjoys exploring.
